About Labor Relations Institute
The Labor Relations Institute was founded in 1978 as a consulting firm dedicated to helping employers maintain a union-free workplace. In the 1980’s LRI revolutionized NLRB campaigns by developing a series of captive audience videos that enabled employers to effectively conduct their own campaigns without expensive consulting services. Now in its seventh edition, the program has been used in more than 4,000 elections, and consistently maintains a win rate over 90%. In 1995, it added LRI Online, an online database service that brings the most extensive and continually updated library of up-to-the-minute, accurate union activity and organizing information to its clients 24 hours a day.
