SERVICES > EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY (OPINION SURVEY) > SAMPLE SURVEY

Below are some sample statements from our basic 70-statement employee satisfaction survey. We survey 10 critical areas of your organization: Working Conditions; Training; Supervision; Job Satisfaction; Company Pride; Compensation and Benefits; Advancement; Communications; Work Relations; and Top Management. Custom categories can, of course, be added to the employee engagement survey questionnaire. Our survey includes comprehensive reporting and our proprietary third party intervention risk factors to identify employee morale issues.

Employees rate 70 employee engagement statements on a 7-point Likert scale. Each category is represented by 7 different statements, to ensure that statement wording does not effect the validity of the employee satisfaction survey results. Statements are worded carefully to ensure maximum precision and ease of understanding by most work populations. Survey administration is normally complete in about 20 minutes.
